Multi-Purpose Loader (BOMB LOADER) GA-UB-150
To support the safe lifting, transportation, and loading of military torpedoes, munitions, and various defense logistics equipment used by the Republic of Korea Navy and military maintenance units, GAON TECH successfully completed the design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of the GA-UB-150 Multi-Purpose Loader (BOMB LOADER).
This project was developed to meet the demanding operational requirements of military weapon handling and logistics support environments. The system incorporates a manually operated hydraulic lifting mechanism and a multi-axis positioning structure to ensure both operational safety and precise load handling.
In addition, a low-profile and compact vehicle structure was adopted to maximize maneuverability within confined operational areas. The design was optimized for mobility, durability, and maintainability in aircraft hangars, naval vessels, and military maintenance facilities.

Project Background & Requirements
Military torpedoes, munitions, and logistics equipment are often handled in highly specialized environments where heavy loads, limited workspace, and strict safety requirements must be addressed simultaneously.
Particularly within naval aviation squadrons, ammunition loading facilities, and military logistics support units, there is a continuous need for equipment capable of transporting and positioning a wide variety of weapon systems safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Furthermore, shipboard compartments and aircraft hangars impose strict dimensional constraints, requiring a highly maneuverable, low-profile solution suitable for confined operating environments.
The customer established the following key operational requirements:

Unlike conventional lifting equipment, the GA-UB-150 utilizes an ultra-low-profile chassis design, enabling smooth operation within ship compartments, aircraft hangars, maintenance facilities, and other restricted-height environments.
A reinforced structural frame and optimized center-of-gravity design were also incorporated to ensure stable operation under demanding naval and military conditions.
