The GT-HP-1000 is a high-capacity hydraulic wire rope swaging press designed and manufactured for forming and finishing wire-rope eyes used in naval vessel maintenance and heavy lifting applications.

With a maximum pressing capacity of 1,000 tons, the machine provides reliable swaging of large-diameter wire ropes and aluminum ferrules. It supports the production of secure wire-rope terminations and helps prevent loosening or separation during heavy-load lifting operations.

The equipment uses interchangeable dies and adapters selected according to the wire-rope and ferrule dimensions. The operating pressure can be precisely set and monitored, and the piston automatically stops when the preset pressure is reached.

Push-button and foot-switch controls provide convenient operation, while the emergency stop, pressure gauge, independent electrical circuit breaker, safety interlock, and work-zone detection system enhance operator safety and equipment reliability.
