K200 Road Wheel Riveting Machine (GA-K200-RW-26)
DEFENCE MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT
K200 Road Wheel Riveting Machine
Dedicated equipment for road wheel protective-plate removal and assembly

A hydraulic riveting machine for removing and assembling protective plates on K200-series armoured vehicle road wheels. A punching capacity of at least 20 t, interchangeable tooling and a servo-driven INDEX TABLE are combined with pneumatic handling and touch-panel controls to support wheel transfer, positioning and riveting.
- Rivet removal & riveting
- Rotary & tilt positioning
- Touch-panel control
- Pneumatic wheel handling
Key Features
Interchangeable tools for removal and assembly
Alloy tool-steel tooling supports rivet removal and protective-plate fastening. Flat- and round-head forming and compatibility with existing tooling are incorporated to support changeovers and use alongside established maintenance equipment.
Servo indexing and secure wheel clamping
The INDEX TABLE rotates in 20° increments, with sensors and a mounting chuck supporting position confirmation and clamping. Tilt and fore–aft adjustment accommodate the working position.
Hydraulic punching with adjustable speed and stroke
At least 20 t of punching capacity and adjustable speed and stroke accommodate rivet removal and fastening. The hydraulic unit combines pressure supply with temperature indication and control.
Control software for operation and inspection
The touch panel provides operating status, manual controls, servo settings, PLC I/O and alarm information. Machine controls and a wired remote support operation from the working position.
Pneumatic wheel handling and loading assistance
A balance arm and clamp-type attachment assist wheel transfer. The system supports gripping and angle adjustment as the wheel is loaded onto the INDEX TABLE.
